The street rule

Only what people actually say gets in: I gotta, not “I have got to.” The source is spoken American English, not a grammar book.

What everyone asks

Do I need to know any English?

No. The course starts from absolute zero: on day one you already walk out saying complete sentences people really use. Everything is explained in Spanish.

How much time per day?

About 30 minutes, split into eight short blocks — so if you only have ten minutes one day, you still move forward and pick up where you left off.

What if I'm embarrassed to speak?

Nobody hears you but your teacher. VIERNES listens, tells you which word missed, and models it again — no audience, no grade, no rush.

How is this different from Duolingo?

Duolingo has you tapping a screen; here you speak out loud from the first minute. And we don't teach textbook English: we teach the English you actually hear in the United States — “gonna”, “lemme”, everything school skipped.

Does it help if I live in the United States?

That's exactly what it's built for. The sentences come from real situations — the front desk, your boss, the doctor, your kids' school — not dialogues invented for an exam.

What if I don't like it?

You try it free for the first few days without giving a card. If it's not for you, do nothing: it doesn't charge you on its own.
